Welcome to Maple Calm Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, yoga classes, workshops, and all related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Maple Calm Studio ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access our Services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, booking classes, participating in our programs, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Use of Services

Our Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. Minors may use our Services only with parental or guardian consent and supervision. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, provincial, local, or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, or any other form of similar solicitation
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity

4. Class Bookings and Payments

All class bookings are subject to availability and must be paid for in advance unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Class packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy. Unused classes or sessions do not expire but may be subject to policy changes with reasonable notice.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel a class booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class start time may result in forfeiture of the class credit or payment.

In case of instructor illness, facility issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will make every effort to provide a substitute instructor or reschedule the class. If neither option is available, a full refund or class credit will be provided.

6. Health and Safety

Participation in yoga classes and related activities involves physical activity and carries inherent risks. You acknowledge that you participate at your own risk and that you are in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation.

You agree to inform us of any health conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect your ability to safely participate in our programs. You are responsible for listening to your body and modifying or discontinuing participation as needed.

We strongly recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program, including yoga practice.

7. Assumption of Risk and Liability

You understand and acknowledge that participation in yoga classes and related activities involves risks of injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to hold Maple Calm Studio, its instructors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or injuries that may arise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maple Calm Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Maple Calm Studio and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Services, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
